Do you live with a chronic health condition such as anxiety, depression, pain or trouble sleeping? Do you experience career dissatisfaction and not sure what to do about it? Then, join me on 1st and 4th Thursdays from 630-730pm in a calming and restorative experience. Through the immersion of vibrational sounds, your brain waves will slow down from beta, alpha to theta that will help you to drop into a deeply relaxed state, but without falling asleep. At the very least, sound healing will offer you profound relaxation. But sound is so much more! Through the use of both harmonious and dissonant sounds, you will have the opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your nervous system and hormones - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition. You will begin to heal from past trauma by releasing suppressed or repressed emotions. Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love and acceptance. You will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. And experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity and purpose about how to live your most authentic life. This class is held at Shanti Sound in Scottsdale. Please arrive 10-15 min early to get settled. I will greet you in the lobby. What to expect: *Mats, blankets, bolsters and eye masks are provided.
