Service Description

This session is designed to support a calmer, more regulated nervous system. If you’re living with anxiety, low mood, restlessness, or difficulty sleeping, a private session can help to restore balance within your Sympathetic State (Fight or Flight Mode) and Parasympathetic State (Rest and Digest Mode). Using a gentle blend of sound healing and/or yoga nidra, and energetic balancing—both on and off the body—I work with the chakras, meridians, and aura to encourage regulation and balance. Each session is designed to help you feel more centered, aligned, calm and at ease within your life. What to Expect in First Session: - Length: 2–2.5 hours - Intake: New clients (or returning clients after one year) complete a brief intake form. - We’ll begin by discussing comfort levels and obtaining permission for any hands‑on or on‑body instrument work. You’ll then lie fully clothed on a massage table and simply relax. Your role is to listen to the sounds, follow the guidance if yoga nidra is used. Follow Up Sessions: - Follow‑up sessions allow more time to explore what your body may be holding, support deeper energetic shifts, and continue regulating the nervous system.
